
hahaha ok so it was never THAT bad to the point where i HATED it but we started a new account with very little training and we thrown on the phones to take live calls with live customers in a week of training which consisted of maybe 4 hrs a week of traning for 4 days.... Now in headquarters for the new account, new employees get 2 weeks of book training and 2 weeks of job shadowing which consists of listening to other live rep's calls while they take live calls(y-jacking). This gives you a feel of the calls at a better perspective and allows you to learn shortcuts and better techniques that other reps have developed. Well, we didnt get any of that haha. So long story short( i take it back, i did hate it) i hated with a passion the first week we had on it. Specialyl becaue we had so many programs to run at the same time and i had no idea how to do any of it really.
So anyhow, i ended up getting pretty good at this account now and things are going good. Calls dont come in too often and things are going pretty smooth. =) Now i chill more than anything and im pretty confident when a call comes in. Anyhjow yeah... new account is cool and i dont hate my job anymore haha =)
